A: 18

a = 2² ⋅ 7³ ÷ 6 = 686/3

b = 2 ⋅ 6 ÷ (7²) = 12/49

c = 2^4 ⋅ 7 ÷ 6² = 28/9

a ⋅ b ÷ c = 686/3 ⋅ 12/49 ÷ 28/9 = 18.
